We are working hard to get your Giraffion Backpack to you as soon as possible. That is why we make every attempt to execute your order as quickly as possible so you can start using your bag right away.
Giraffion offers free ground shipping on all orders and takes between 2-10 business days to arrive.
Note that we are not currently offering expedited shipping, but we've made every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster.
Only orders inside the contiguous United States are sent. We do not ship outside of the contiguous USA.
We have made every attempt to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. All delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment's tracking information so you will be able to track its progress online.

How does shipping work?
- You place your order.
- Our warehouse will process your order.
- Your order is picked up by the shipping company, and your Giraffion order will make its way to your home.
- You receive a shipping notification email along with tracking number you can use to follow along. Tracking numbers can take a day or two to activate once scanned into the courier's system, so you might not see any movement right away.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship only in the contiguous United States.
Your order will arrive within 2-10 business days approximately once picked up from our warehouse, depending on your location.
Do you offer express shipping?
