Warranty Claim

We are pleased to help you with your warranty claim. Please make sure you have the following items before you begin.

• Your contact information
• Model and color of the product
• Details regarding product's problem and/or performance
• Photographs of your Giraffion item 

Please keep in mind that you will need at least three images to file your warranty claim. When this form is properly submitted, you will be given a case identification number for your claim. 

A Warranty Expert will respond to your claim within 7-10 business days after you submit it. If your warranty is accepted, we will send you instructions and a prepaid mailing label so you can return your item.
